Resi (Real Estate Super Intelligence) leverages Bittensor incentives on subnet 46 to create SOTA machine learning models which enable provable and permissionless real estate transacting at scale.
The first model to be built on subnet 46 is a property appraisal model which is used by chains and protocols to validate the property value they are presenting to investors.
Following appraisals, an additional incentive mechanism will be designed to create inspection models and title verification models.
